Our first work, “Lento”.

This rare “Kokuto Shochu” (Brown Sugar Spirits) is made with abundant underground water from a sacred mountain, “Yuwan-dake” in Amami-Oshima Island.
Recommend to drink straight/neat, on the rocks. Enjoy the fine aroma and smoothness.
Also nice to have it with some still or sparkling water for the lighter taste.

Maturation in the cradle surrounded by music

The distillate for “Lento” improves its quality through the maturation process in the environment surrounded by music. It’s a special method that the storage stainless steel tanks are wearing the music pads which give a certain amount of vibration to the tanks then promote the maturation. While “Lent” listens to the classical music such as Mozart, Beethoven and Vivaldi for three months, it obtains soften texture and gentle mouthfeel and fine aromas.

“Lento” means “Slowly, Gently”, derives
from Italian music term.

The raw ingredient, brown sugar is made from fresh sugarcane juice and the sugarcane fields are surrounded by abundant nature. “Lento” is put on the maturation process listening to the symphonic music, the gentle sound vibration improves the mouthfeel of distillate. This is like “Lento” is listening to the music in rocking in a cradle.

As Kokuto Shochu is sugar-free, it’s much appreciated for having meals in terms of carbohydrate restriction. This beautiful blue colored bottle presentation visually reminds of blue sky in Amami Islands, which will unleash your mind and body.
