Amamian Spirit
The Amamian Spirit : the way we are.
To produce “Kokuto Shochu”.
It means that we form the one which incorporates nature’s strength in Ukenson village into our product.
We wish to produce the one: unique and loved by drinkers.
However, each product characteristic is not feasible to be accepted by everyone’s taste.
That’s how we think.
If it’s true, we should let the drinkers feel our passion in the taste and gradually shorten the distance between drinkers and a producer.
Nature, tradition, and the blessings of this region.
We are proud of our island’s rich natural resources and pouring out our love to them, then wish to share the things.
The harmony with nature, express our gratitude to everything, and create unique value.
